Welcome to the Exhibit Hall! Just like an in-person show, we want to give you the chance to show off your collection. For each NNP Symposium, we'll award a best-in-show which will be commemorated here in a Hall of Fame for future years. All others will be added to the NNP, then removed from the Symposium website.
You can submit an exhibit on anything related to numismatics. All items used within the exhibit must belong to you, and you can submit up to 15 photos and 3,000 words. You must include both photos and relevant commentary to be added to the Exhibit Hall. You're welcome to include additional media such as video or audio. Please view the guidelines below for a thorough list of items that need to be submitted and formatting/content rules. You can also view our sample exhibit which includes an example of properly formatted submission materials.
We're asking that entries be submitted as a folder via a file sharing service (OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.). If you are unable to submit your exhibit in this format or need assistance, please contact us and we'll be happy to work with you to find a solution. Once you've submitted your exhibit, we'll send you an email when it's been posted.
We will archive all exhibits on the Newman Numismatic Portal for posterity. Your name will be attached and you will retain all copyright, but it will make your exhibit available to numismatic researchers across the world to view and reference. It's a great opportunity to be added to the largest digital numismatic library in existence. If you'd preder not to be included, you'll have the option to opt out when you submit your exhibit.
Please read through these guidelines before submitting an exhibit. We will not post exhibits that do not meet these requirements.
